Conditions

Residents should be over 60 years of age. The apartments are for single persons. There are two larger apartments which will accommodate married couples. It is usual for residents to have a sponsor or guarantor but not in the case of residents who have no relatives. Residents are expected to be independent socially and health-wise as the house managers are not carers.

Current rents are payable monthly, in advance, usually by standing order.   In the first instance the minimum contract is for 6 months.  The occupier is required to give one month's notice.
